My Ring Collection

    I've purchased rings from:

Lulus  ||  American Eagle  ||  Rue21

    Rings hold a special place in my heart.  To me, they've never been just a silver, bronze, or gold band used as a fashion accessory or a symbol of love.  To me, they've always been positive energy and good right-brain vibes.  Without one on my finger, I've felt naked and not myself, like I've lost my individualism.  To me, they've always been close to magic.  They awake, enlighten, and inspire the inner creative side of me.  I don't know how to explain it.  They simply make me a realer me.

What's your favorite type of jewelry to wear?

P.S.  If you've read this post, you know that I've really wanted to start blogging every other day.  For a week, I was pursing my goal successfully when one wild Saturday evening.............I tripped myself, whacked the crap out of my head on a door-frame, and gave myself an actual concussion.  Try writing a post when you're head feels like you've been drinking Vodka instead of water for a week...  Life - 1 Sarah - 0

Bliss & Liveliness || Blog Goals

     There are few feelings more lovely than finding what you love and desire, a passion.  The key is to not wait around for the "perfect moment" to pursue this passion.  Ten years from now, you'll find yourself still waiting for that "perfect moment".  But, Darling, imagine if you just did it...TODAY.  Imagine then where you'd be in ten years!

  • Make my way up to eventually posting every other day.  Scheduled posts are lifesavers.
  • Get more involved with the Blogger family.  Find.  Follow.  Comment.  Support.

My Job 02 - Cleaner

     If you were to surprise visit me and just happen see my bedroom and car in the process, you'd probably ask yourself, how the heck does this girl still have her job as a cleaner? I can't even see her floor!  I mean...you wouldn't be wrong!

     I've always thought it funny that me, a not exceptionally neat person, was asked if I wanted to spend every Thursday night cleaning a landscape business.  I slept on the offer, mulling it over if I really wanted to spend an evening once a week wiping away dust and scrubbing at a man's toilet.  But being a broke-but-not-completely-moneyless teenager, I said the three letter word that starts with a "y".

      I've been cleaning there for 1 1/2 years now and yesterday, I sent in my two weeks notice because let's face it, cleaning the same building gets old.  I was beginning to feel like a robot and every evening there suddenly became a routine.  I wipe down counters, L vacuums, I clean bathrooms, I empty trash, I clean toilets, L mops, and so on and so on.  There were the fun times though.  We once couldn't figure out how to turn off the hose in the back room once and created a mini flood.  We've hacked onto one of the computers to play Pandora and then deleted it from history once it was time to leave.  We've spent multiple evenings sprinting back and forth so we could get somewhere we'd rather be sooner.  And if the boss man ever checked his security cameras, he'd see multiple dance and jam sessions.

     And that, my friends, was my experience as a glove wearing, bottle spraying cleaner.  Now I just need to find me another job...
